Hi! Welcome to Happy Virus Productions. 

Don't be mislead by the plurality of "Productions" in the name. It's really just me, Sharon Kang. Party-of-one with the help of friends who take pictures/videos of me in my T-Rex suit. Her name is Kangasaurus Rex, K-Rex for short. She's been with me to a lot of places like the island of Santorini, sunflower fields in Maryland, and a graveyard in DC (there's more to this story: hopefully coming soon).

My obsession started when I was into yoga and I saw a meme of a Trex face-planting with the caption: Trex hates chaturanga (aka the yoga push up). The stubby arms of this creature has made me laugh to the point where it becomes silent and I gasp for air because I am literally dying from laughing (that's how dinosaurs really went extinct, laughing at the lack of functionality of their limbs). 

My mom calls me Happy Virus. I remember as a kid, my mom was particularly nagging a lot one morning and I sarcastically told her that I was sick of hearing her angelic voice (this story doesn't translate as well into just-English. Konglish [Korean-English] would have been ideal. It's a storytelling-joke, work-in-progress. Bear with me). 

The purpose of me starting this website is to spread happiness. There are a lot of things wrong with this world and sometimes I feel hopeless but found that cracking jokes helps me cope. If it makes other people happy, it makes me happy. It also alleviates the intensity of whatever crisis I think I'm facing at the moment.

This website, like me, is a work in progress. Things are going to change but the purpose of it won't.
